Deliveries in Italy and the EMEA region:

Delivery will take place within 72 working hours from the moment of shipping. The courier requires your signature upon delivery. The courier will leave a card with instructions on how to pick up the shipment if you (or the receiver) are absent at the moment of delivery. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking code or the number of the shipping document (e.g. the CMR or the AWB) so that you can use this to check its progress (

An extra day may be required for shipments to Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and all Italian islands.

Delivery times are approximate for shipments to foreign countries and may vary depending on the final destination.

NB: The delivery times shown here start from the date of shipping, not the date of your order. We try to process in 48 hours all orders received during the working week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Nevertheless, please bear in mind that there could be a slight delay in processing your order if we receive your order in a particularly busy period.


Make sure that the delivery address is correct before paying for your order. We cannot be held liable for any delay or loss in the event of standard shipping to an incomplete or incorrect address.

All prices indicated by Dermophisiologique are VAT inclusive (at the current Italian rate of VAT).

We cannot be held liable for any packages that have been opened or tampered with during the delivery process if sent by mail.

Non consignment of an order must be reported (via email or phone) within 45 working days from the date of shipping the goods. Any complaints received after said period will not be accepted.

Yes. You can indicate another home or work address. If a company address, please make sure that you indicate the name of the company and the recipient so that the shipment can be delivered correctly. If you wish to receive delivery at a different address to your normal residence, please provide full details to ensure correct delivery (e.g. "c/o Mr. Smith").
The courier will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is present at the delivery address when the courier calls, further attempts will be made to deliver the shipment within the next few days and the courier will leave a card indicating that it has called, with re-delivery instructions as appropriate. This service is only available if you choose delivery via courier.

We always do our best to ensure that there are no errors in delivery, but small mistakes may happen from time to time! In the unlikely case that the products listed in the delivery note accompanying the order do not tally with those actually delivered, please notify our Customer Service immediately by email - - or by using the form here.
You will be refunded within thirty (30) days from receipt of the shipment at our distribution centre, provided that the products are returned in their original state to our distribution centre within fifteen (15) days from delivery at your address. We will send you an email confirming receipt as soon as we receive the shipment at our centre. We will refund you the relevant amount within thirty (30) days from sending you this email of confirmation.
• Please contact our Customer Service within ten (10) days from delivery if there are problems with your order or certain products. Please do not return the goods until you have read the returns instructions . here.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by email - – with full details of your purchase, including the number of your credit card, PayPal account or bank transfer, depending on which method of payment you used for the purchase.
Any applicable customs duty must be paid separately by the customer. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information.
Starting from 20/12/21, online purchases to foreing countries (countries different from Italy) are suspended.
